Gameplay and real-money purchases are separate
Centiki.net does not accept real-money payments for KI, shares, loans, bids, auctions, company creation, or other gameplay mechanics. These are virtual game transactions, not purchases. KI and other virtual assets cannot be returned, exchanged for money, or refunded.
Centiki may separately sell optional badges, books, merchandise, or other physical or digital products for real money. These purchases are not required for gameplay and do not provide KI, shares, voting power, better odds, gameplay privileges, or any other in-game advantage.
Paid products
For a paid physical or digital product outside the game's virtual economy, you may request a refund or return within 30 days of purchase unless different terms are clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Physical items should be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received. The same 30-day request window applies to digital products, subject to any product-specific terms disclosed at purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical. Shipping or other non-refundable third-party charges may be excluded unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
